02 天然晶石特性與色差聲明 Natural Crystal Characteristics
- 天然礦缺說明：天然水晶內部包含棉絮、冰裂、礦缺或微小雜質，均屬自然形成之正常現象。
- 螢幕色差說明：本店商品均為實物拍攝，但因日光/燈光及個人顯示器色差，實物與照片可能存在微小色差，請以實物為準。
- 尺寸誤差說明：珠徑尺寸（mm）及手圍尺寸均為人工測量，存在 ±0.5mm / 0.5cm 之微小誤差屬正常範圍。
- Natural inclusions: Cotton, ice cracks, mineral gaps, or tiny impurities inside natural crystals are normal.
- Screen colour variance: Photos are of real items; daylight/display settings may cause minor colour differences—the physical item prevails.
- Size tolerance: Bead (mm) and wrist sizes are hand-measured; about ±0.5mm / 0.5cm variance is normal.
03 退換貨、客製化與改圈政策 Returns, Custom & Resizing
- 客製化商品不可退換：包含「自選配」、「自由配」及「量身訂製」商品，一經製作出貨不設退換，亦不接受取消或退款。
- 免費改圈服務：買家可享受一次免費改小/加大服務（買家自付來回運費）。
- 瑕疵處理時效：如收到商品有毀損或嚴重瑕疵，請於 收到貨後 48 小時內 憑開箱影片/照片聯絡客服（WhatsApp / Email）。
- Custom items — no returns: Self-select, free-mix, and made-to-order pieces have no returns/exchanges once produced and shipped.
- One free resize: One complimentary size adjust (smaller/larger); buyer pays round-trip shipping.
- Defect window: For damage or serious defects, contact us with unboxing media within 48 hours of receipt (WhatsApp / Email).
04 物流派送與風險責任 Shipping & Risk
- 買家資料準確性：買家有責任提供正確收件人姓名、電話及地址，因資料錯誤導致派送失敗由買家承擔費用。
- 第三方物流權責：系統顯示為「已簽收」後，包裹之遺失風險轉移至買家。
- 逾期未取件：逾期限未取件而退回本店，須補付重新寄出運費，否則本店有權不予再寄且不設退換／退款。
- Accurate details: Buyers must provide correct name, phone, and address; failed delivery from wrong details is at the buyer’s cost.
- Courier handoff: Once status shows “signed for”, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
- Uncollected parcels: Returned parcels require re-shipping fees, or we may withhold re-delivery with no refund.
05 佩戴保養與玄學免責聲明 Care & Disclaimer
- 自然佩戴損耗：彈性線、鋼絲線及金屬配件屬消耗品，因佩戴、拉扯、汗水或化學品造成之磨損／氧化屬正常現象。
- 人為損壞免責：外力拉斷、撞擊破裂或保養不當之損毀，本店概不負責。
- 玄學功效聲明：能量／寓意僅供參考，非醫療或命理保證；不以「無功效」為由要求退換。
- Normal wear: Cord, wire, and metal findings wear with use, sweat, or chemicals—this is expected.
- Misuse: Breakage from force, impact, or poor care is not our responsibility.
- Metaphysical note: Energy meanings are cultural reference only—not medical guarantees; “no effect” is not grounds for return.

- 條款修改與最終決定權：本店可隨時修改本條款與細則，刊登後即時生效；爭議由 Crystal Thread 作最終解釋與決定。
- Refuse service: We may cancel orders, end service, and block accounts/IPs for abuse, promo misuse, or harassment.
- Amendments: Terms may change at any time upon publication; Crystal Thread has final interpretation in disputes.
